Highly disappointed that this happened considering I have purchased this same … I haven’t had mine for a year and it just exploded in my face. Leaving burn holes in my bed sheets. Highly disappointed that this happened considering I have purchased this same model before. The power cord is burned and no can be used. Please be careful …I’m afraid to get another one because I loved it.

Find a better brand (cheep & broke on 3rd use) Great vibration but cheaply made. It broke on the 3rd use. During use the head part came unscrewed/broke. White powdery stuff leaking out of it. If you touch anything with the head bends at the base. Still vibrates but spill powder everywhere and eventually comes apart.

Terrible purchase I bought this August of last year (2013) and it worked until it started to make these odd sounds while in use. The sounds began less than 45 days after purchase, it quickly deteriorated from there. I contacted ASBKC_Group to see if I could exchange the product since I had not even had it that long, and maybe the one I was sent was defective. They were nice, at first. ASBKC_Group responded in a timely manner to my inquiry and said that they would contact the manufacture for me. They kept that up…
