Not so hard Soft, nicely shaped, but not as hard as you would want. The bendable piece inside dosen’t hold the bent shape like you’d want either. This is like a 3/4 erect penis.
Hmm… After using this packer for quite a bit, my opinion changed, it’s a little bit too big of a bulge which made me stop using it (it made me way to paranoid that people were staring) and its basically impossible to use it for penetration (it’s too soft and bends too easily). if it was two inches smaller, it would be perfect for packing only.
