Blue “gen 3” TheraCane is more rigid than the “gen 2” green model. Excellent!! I initially had concerns that this was not a legitimate TheraCane product because I’d never seen it in color blue before, so I contacted TheraCane directly and spoke with one of their senior leadership team. He confirmed there are a LOT of fakes sold here on Amazon and it is an ongoing issue for them to keep up with that, but he did confirm this blue TheraCane is their newest product. The first TheraCane was very very rigid, which was apparently not conducive to certain exercises. I loved…

Works great! The Thera cane has hit the spot. I am able to put pressure on the spots on my shoulder that are hard to reach and give myself a nice massage. I did find that instead of moving the knob across my skin, if I pushed it into my skin and actually used the knob to move my skin back and forth it replicated a real massage. Sliding the knob across the skin just did not give the same type of response in the muscles. This took just a little getting used to, but once you figure it out, it’s wonderful!

Lisa B. says:

Just What I Needed! I have a chronic upper back/neck/shoulder problem that causes pinched nerves when my muscles get inflamed. This allows me to massage or compress the problem spot(s), relieve knots, and increase blood flow without having to bother someone else.
