Very nice for petite and senstive bodies. We actually returned this item because it was not the best suited for us but it is still a very nice machine. The reason we returned it is because it provides a very light massage and you barely feel the heat. We are medical professionals and I am 5’7″ and of average weight but like a stronger massage. My experience This neck and shoulder massager is very nice but a little rough. I have sensitive skin but I was able to tolerate the machine. I like that you control the amount of pressure. I noticed that the machine starts to walk up my neck when it changes the massage direction. To combat this you have to apply more pressure which I couldn’t stand.
