If you want a gentle massage, this probably isnt for you unless,you don’t press back against it. Didnâ??t really fit ny neck Itâ??s an ok product for the price. Doesnt quite fit my petite neck so I am having to adjust my neck into awkward positions to get it to hit the right spot. If you have a thick neck it might work better for you.
