Counterfeit junk, misleading product info, can’t be returned This is NOT the authentic Magic Wand. It overheats in just a couple of minutes. The information on the Amazon page is extremely misleading, bordering on illegal. It makes you think hitachi has upgraded their device when it is not made by hitachi at all. Also, when I tried to return it I was told it could not be returned. It says nothing about that on the product page.Personally I am tired of people selling counterfeit merchandise and getting away with misleading the public into believing…

Counterfeit I already own a magic wand and wanted to get one for my girlfriend. I plugged it in to make sure it and the control box worked before I gave it to her and could immediately tell a difference in the sound and the weakness of the vibration. Upon closer inspection the materials are much cheaper, the stickers are in the wrong place, and even the setting button is on backwards (high is labeled as low and low as high)!! It is nowhere near the quality of a real one. Very disappointed in this purchase!
