GAIAM HITS IT OUTTA THE PARK AGAIN I bought this for the heck of it, just to see whether I could improve hand strength and flexibility. No physical therapy needs, just curiosity. Must say, this is one of the smartest purchases I have made in a while. I use while watching television (it was particularly helpful during the 2016 campaign and election). I couldn’t open a jar of Classico Tomato Basil Sauce before using this kit, but now there is no jar lid I cannot vanquish.

Take a pass if you’re allergic to latex I was looking for some exercise balls to help with my wrist tendonitis and tennis elbow. After looking at several sets online, these seemed like a good option. The included exercise sheet is very helpful, the firmness options are a plus, and the balls themselves seem durable. Unfortunately, my hands started blistering/peeling after one short use. The problem? IĆ¢??m allergic to latex, and I failed to notice that this set is made of rubber, i.e., latex rubber. Hopefully, this review will help…

Self care at its best I actually like using it on the side of my poor arthritic fingers rather than over the top. I also found that it really feels good over my knuckles. I wasn’t sure if it would reach that far (knuckle area) but it does. It feels good. Hand arthritis hurts and it is nice to have some relief.
