Excellent pelvic floor muscle exerciser Really nice pelvic floor muscle strengthening tool! This product is wonderful. I have had four children and my pelvic floor muscles are not at strong as they could be. This causes problems sometimes with bladder control. I definitely do not want any incontinence or unfortunate “accidents”. I have always done Kegel exercises without any type of assistive device. However, this is not enough.
