Adjustable is good Better than a regular O ring type. What’s nice about this is that you can adjust the tension. I like to run it completely over my Penis and Testicles. I pull the ring up as tight as I want. Once I have achieved the height of the erection I am seeking I can let up on the tension a bit. The feel and sensation are absolutely the very best.
