Poor quality, terrible item I bought this item at a store where it came highly recommended by one of the associates. First time was ok, it got the job done, but in the middle of its second use, it died. I tried replacing the batteries, checked to make sure nothing had been corroded, but nothing I could see was wrong. I went onto the CalExotic website since all their products have a 30 day ‘limited warranty’, which is a joke. You pay $10 just to get the broken item to them, then they send you a replacement for the same…
RIPOFF!! Sucks. I wish I would have read reviews before buying. I bought it at a Romantix store for almost $60. I have used it a couple times and all of a sudden, it just dies. Tried changing the batteries and nothing. Can’t do anything about it because I bought it a couple months ago and didn’t keep the receipt. What a rip off.
