well i just had to get me one and omg love it! It feels so good the balls give … I work at a hospital and one of my co-workers actually found this in the gift shop. she proceeded to give everyone a back rub that day and they were sold out within 2 hours. well i just had to get me one and omg love it!It feels so good the balls give just the right amount of pressure. i havnt had any issues with it. My co-worker did say that her kids were messing with it and the balls popped out but that they popped right back in. I also have not experienced any weird smell from it.
