It works I’ve had it for about a month. I like it. It has two levels of vibration. I use whichever level I need on that particular muscle.Notes:–It says “flexible head.” This really means that the head will bend half a centimeter in either direction. I can’t see the mechanism that allows this bending to happen. I’m worried it will break someday.–I wish that I could turn the head farther. GREAT FOR SORE NECK & BACK MUSCLES!! I have Fibromyalgia which causes chronic pain throughout my entire body. I use this Wahl Deluxe Massager every day, sometimes two or three times if needed. It really helps loosen tight, sore muscles and therefore takes away fatigue due to chronic pain. The long wand is very useful for massaging those sore areas around your shoulder blades and along your lower back. It works well on tight neck muscles too. I recommend it to everyone.
