How to Kegel with the JOLT VORTEX:
You can work your PC (pubococcygeus) muscles using at least one JOLT VORTEX Ben Wa Balls. One remote can control up to 10 JOLT VORTEX’s or more.
Once the balls are in place, to do a basic kegel:
1) Find a comfortable position, whether it is standing, lying down or sitting.
2) Select your desired pattern based on your progress and goals.
3) Squeeze your PC muscles for 2 to 5 seconds tightening the muscles.
4) Release slowly in 2 to 5 seconds as the tightening subsides.
5)Repeat the exercise 10 times 3 times a day.
6)If too easy, squeeze the balls for 10 seconds or more, laddering, or doing long holds and slow controlled releases. Follow our guide for the most effective progression using the JOLT VORTEX

It is what it says!! I was hesitant to order this simply because there was one review that didn’t day much.Item is as described. On lower speeds you can faintly hear it, but it’s more than likely if you were doing things like grocery shopping or at the mall, no one could hear. On higher speeds, no way someone is going to not hear the humming. It has quite the vibe! Any of the higher speeds would be for intermediate or advanced users as it would probably vibe itself out if you didn’t have the muscle to…
SO FAR MY FAVORITE KEGEL I was worried everyone would see what it was but thankfully it came in a amazon box too with some other things I purchased. So I plugged it in to my laptop to let it charge and after it charged up I started pressing buttons on the remote and WOW, I was surprised! It is pretty powerful. I also like how the remote it discrete too… it looks like a car remote. Thereâ??s 4 buttons on it… a lock, a unlock, a mute, and a lightning bolt is the smallest button. So Iâ??m all around happy with everything…
