not bad at all. Not sure exactly what the ball in the tip does, but this does feel good. The tip is a bulbous to start off with but tapers down to stay in comfortably. Not sure if the ridge helps, but didn’t have any problems with slippage. Nice and flush bottom so sitting and walking are no issue at all. The bottom area for the sphincter isn’t to narrow really, I liked that. Seems to be slightly audible, but not to bad, if there is a slight noise it wouldn’t be noticed at all.
