Works great! I think this is a really great recovery/massage tool. Because it sticks to the wall you have more control over the amount of pressure you want to put on an area. You can also get a lot deeper into the muscle than with a regular ball because it protrudes from the wall. The only negative thing I have to say is that the shipping did get a bit messed up. Tracking said it was delivered but it didn’t actually get delivered until 3 days later after I had filed a claim with USPS.
Really cool tool This is awesome. Sticks great to the shower wall. A very easy way to do self maintenance. I love the design that you can keep the mount mounted on the wall and slide the ball apparatus on and off the mount at will. Very clever.
Engineered great, clamp comes loose occasionally I really looked forward to receiving because it’s hard for me to massage my back (without paying). The product is designed and working very well doing exactly what it says it will do. The mounting device/process also looked very promising, but as with most suction-based mounts, this one is no different. I’ve now found it on the ground 2 times in less than a week. Choose only if willing to remount regularly. But, darn does it get those spots between the shoulder blades!
