Potentially great product let down by sloppy assembly and poor customer service backup I have had Stormwind 3 weeks and have had many problems with this machine. When it works properly it runs very, very well. The first use it run well. The second time after switching ON the motor did not operate unless I pressed the + button twice and every start up since I have to press the + button twice to get the motor spinning.

Hands down, the absolute best. You will not regret this purchase one bit. This is probably the best purchase i’ve made in a long long time. It’s incredibly well made, and doesn’t feel flimsy. There’s only a few design flaws that i’d give it. The first is that there’s no cap for storage like a fleshlight has. Absolutely Incredible This is without question THE best masturbator I have ever tried (and there have been many).
