Surely could do even more I agree with other reviewers that this attachment is not anatomically correct. It seems to be a toss between inserting the anal part of it or having the clitoris stimulated; cannot do both at the same time. Needs a little more. I recently purchased this item and was very excited to try it out with my lover. We quickly found out that it would not perform all three tasks as promised.
