Buy it, you’ll love it! Fabulous item! My chiropractor uses a version of The Stick on my shoulders and back, and I knew I wanted one for home use. Fantastic! I chose to try this stick because I lift weights and run 2-3 times a week. I have a lot of sore muscles from being so active plus I have chronic muscle spasms in my shoulder. Best home therapy equipment I’ve had. After months of physical therapy for hip bursitis I am now able to keep inflammation at bay with the Stick Roller. It’s easy to use or have someone use it on you, and comes with instructions. The 17″ size is perfect! Don’t know why you would need a bigger one. I have warded off many trips to the dr. or therapist by using the rolling stick over trigger points and muscles.I would recommend this to my friends. No cons.
