Have started sleeping good at night most of the pains have been reduced … Am 62 years old and have lots of aches and pains. Some old injuries, arthritis and was looking for something to help with lower back pain, shoulders and hips. It has made a remarkable difference. 6 years with mine, and it works great. This is a great product. I’ve had it for 6 years now, and I recommend it not for actually losing weight (you need to exercise and eat right for that), but for massaging muscles, getting out cramps, etc. it can be used in almost any part of the body, and it’s sturdy enough to last.

basic but works great!! I had the machine for 4-5 months now and I use it every day. I am not a structured person and the reason I use it daily is not my motivation but the fact that it is such a pleasure to use it. I truly miss it when I travel. I have removed the handles of mine so it can fit in a narrow spot in my bedroom – it works just as well. I have never used it with another person, so no feedback on that option.
