The heat function doesn’t work. It lights up but the Temp doesn’t change I bought this for the tight muscles in my neck and to hopefully work some knots out. It looks like it is good quality and the rollers come on and work well. The heating function turns the rollers red but there is no heat. I’m disappointed because I made sure to get one with a heater in it and this one doesn’t work. I also must not have noticed that it only has two speeds. This one had great reviews and cost less than some of the other ones. I’ll probably send it back and order a different…
Good massager for office. My neck and shoulder areas became very tight from sitting in front of the computer for long hours. I decided to buy another massager and keep it in my office of work place. This massager is very powerful and can knead deeply into the muscles and make me relief. It is very flexible. So it is very easy to move around on my back and neck a few tries to find the right position. Overall, I am very satisfied with this product.
Heat function does not work! I was so excited to order this massager expecting it to fully work with the heat function as advertised. Unfortunately, the light turns on but you will feel NO Heat at all. Disappointing product.
