First one broke, but Renpho made up for it immediately! Bought for my elderly dad who suffers from sciatica so this review is based on his experience with the item. It worked well and he liked the different power settings. But after just five weeks, it fell apart and stopped working. Was going to return it but the return period had just passed. So Iâ??m out $40 and need to find another one.Update: After posting my review, the seller Renpho (Ann) reached out to me on the same day and made things right by sending a replacement massager…

First one was defective and wouldnâ??t hold a charge. I only had this about a month and it won’t hold a charge. It shows the green light, but, it works for maybe 30 seconds. I had to fight to return this and the phone number on the instruction manual goes to voicemail. Ugh! I’m returning this defective one and will try another one. If the second one works, I’ll edit/update my review. UPDATE: The company sent me another one and so far it works fine.

One Star Broke down after 4 uses. Looking for a new brand. UPDATE: RENPHO/Crystal, reached out to me immediately, after viewing my review. Crystal showed concern, by asking questions. As a result of my answers, Crystal sent me a new massager. I’m impressed by customer service. Let’s see if this massager works. Thank you, Crystal. As of October 1, 2017, RENPHO Electronic Hand Held Cordless Deep Massager works on a daily basis. This replacement is working beautifully.
