Works on sensitivity Came to me not working HOWEVER I have had many items with these cheap battery contact points and new exactly what to do. For those who are saying it’s no working you have to adjust where the batteries come in contact with the metal points. As soon as I did that it worked just fine. It actually made a huge difference in the sensitivity of my scar as well. I recently had carpal tunnel surgery and while looking for various therapy products I came across this. Helped reduce and soften my husband’s scar tissue! I purchased this after my husband’s Occupational Therapist recommended one to help reduce and soften his 4 escharotomy scars and help reduce keloids. Great for therapy after hand surgery Almost silent when on. Supplied tips work well for therapy after trigger finger surgery. Would have been nice if it came with simple case to store the unit and the very small tips, Otherwise very satisfied with our purchase.
