Small, Painful, and Difficult to Clean 1. This item is deceptively small, in my opinion. Becase of the sharp angle of the dildo, and the firmness of the toy, it would probably take a very petite woman to use it fully, and she would probably need to hold the base to use it on someone without it popping out of her. The “central stimulator” has an insertable length of about 2.5 inches, and at its widest point is about 1.5 inches.
