Sturdy, works well, not overly strong This is just as advertised, looks exactly the way it does in the listing image. All the info on the label and box is in Chinese but its very easy to use, there is a small button on the side, when you push it you can open the massager and insert two AAA batteries (not included in the box). After that snap shut and push the power button on top to turn it on.
Review Update Previously I gave this massager 1 star because I was given a defective one that didn’t work. Due to the quick and professional customer service I received from Julie I was sent a new massager to replace the defective one. After using for a week I can tell a huge difference in the health of my scalp and hair. This is definitely a must have especially for us naturalistas out there.
