Good depending on your issue I personally like this product and think that it is useful for me because I don’t have crazy major back problems. Just the occasional ache from sitting in a bad posture or when I go running after not running for a week so for me it helps me with massaging my back muscles. However, for my mom who has major back problems it did not help much. She said that it is much too weak for her and that she barely feels anything and that it doesn’t help her at all. Love this massager so much!!! Wow, this massager is amazing! I got it for my boyfriend for his birthday because he works landscape and has lots of back and neck pain. He has absolutely loved it and says it has helped him so much after a long day at work! I even tried it out and was highly impressed! I generally don’t like massages and find that the shiatsu massagers tend to hurt me rather than feel good but I like this one because I can adjust the pressure easy with the straps.
