Good Size and Easy Clean First let me say, writing a review about a Enema Bulb isn’t easy, its a little embarrassing but hey all well. I got this for before/after …intimate adventures…lol…. The smell of the bulb out of the packaging is strong rubber but it wears off within few days. I haven’t used it yet for what is intended BUT i did use it to flush something out of my daughters eye, and it worked like a charm.. Just enough pressure and fit just enough water! (it was new still and didn’t touch her eye or face)…
