Puts me to sleep in a good way. I bought it used and it’s nice. It’s just a vibration, but it works like I want it to. I use the heating function with the vibration and I get put to sleep really quickly. My only issue with it is that it’s made for the vertically challenged. I’m 5′ 11″ and this thing probably would be long enough for a person that’s 5′ 4″. Still, not something that really a big deal, just something to keep in mind.

Best ever This is the second of these I’ve bought. I used the first one so much the poor motors finally just gave up. This is actually an improved model from the first one I had. The padding is thicker and softer, the heat is hotter, and the cord to the control is longer (which was my only complaint with the first one). I absolutely love this mat. Superior Product At Low Price..Excellent !!
