Very versatile I have fibromyalgia and so, although I have constant muscle pain, I canâ??t tolerate much in the way of massage. Iâ??ve tried working on my own muscles, but I donâ??t have the hand strength or leverage to manage it. This amazing little ball solves the issue for me. I can control the pressure, so I get relief without unnecessary added pain. And itâ??s versatile enough to use almost everywhere I need it. Iâ??m grateful I found this!
Small but pretty affective to work out knots. This little massage ball surprised me with how affective it is when used properly. Itâ??s small, but weighted and hard, so itâ??s able to work knots out pretty well when my husband uses it on me. I donâ??t think itâ??s super affective when trying it on myself, but when he used it to work out the knots in my shoulders and back, it felt pretty good. It also works pretty well when I lay back on it or step on it.
Love this ball! My friend told me about this and I figured I coukd just get a tennis ball to do the same thing….I was wrong. This little ball may be little, but it is mighty. This has helped tremendously with knots I have had in my back. My husband is always scared to hurt me when trying to get knots out of my back….this ball does the trick.
