Thoroughly researched product I ordered these because I realised I had a minor prolapse and weak pelvic floor, after foolishly continuing to lift weights in the gym. I am menopausal and therefore was at risk. I would definitely recommend this product for women who want to strengthen their pelvic floor muscles. Must have this kegel ball. I ordered Kegel Balls after my friend recommended it to me. After giving birth I felt that I need some help to strengthen my pelvic floor and gain my confidence back.
