I like to have the flexibility of using the retrieval mechanism or not. Per.fect!! I am not new to using kegel balls however I will definitely be using these more than the other ones I have. I like the size(about 1inch”) of these and the weight is great. My previous ones I felt we’re too large (golf ball) and they were connected which made the whole unit so long that they had to bend to fit in me. Comfortable and easy to use! Iâ??m new to kegels, but after trying them I was unsure if I was really working the right muscles. After doing some research I ordered these. I was excited to try these and my boyfriend was excited for me to try them too 😉 They are about the size of a golf ball and comfortable to use and easy remove. The silicone is smooth and well made. Not as weird as I expected After having two kids I decided to give these a try.I was really hesitant and thought it would be really weird and awkward to do the exercises.It surprisingly wasn’t too bad and easy to use!I love how it comes in a simple box, and comes with easy to follow instructions and exercises, it also came with a bag to hold all of the balls and a towel to clean them! Highly suggest if your on the fence on getting these!
