Easy to use, variety of settings Because I have had a daughter, I wanted to improve my pelvic muscles. I bought this product to do kegel exercises. I wasn’t hesitant about the vibrations but ended up liking the variety of settings. To me, it was loud enough that I wouldn’t use the vibrating settings unless I was at home but maybe not for other people. I will continue to use this product and do an update in a month or so.
