LOVE this Roller stick! I LOVE this roller stick. As a long distance runner, these massage sticks are absolutely essential. I actually have 3 (all dif brands), but this one is one of my favorites and happens to be the cheapest too. These things start at $30 at running stores, so this is def. a great deal for what you get.
