Not stainless steel The description says stainless steel, but the rack burns on the part and the poor finish says it is carbon steel plated in nickel-chrome. It’s a pretty item, yes. but the base metal still has burrs and the plating finish is going to be trouble for someone who is allergic to nickel. Don’t buy it.
