Used once so far and both of us really enjoy it! It’s not too big overall and material … Used once so far and both of us really enjoy it! It’s not too big overall and material is very realistic and comfortable for her. I am average girth and just under 7″ in length and it fits snugly and stays in place without issue. I trimmed about 1/2″ off of the base to make it fit a little tighter. I cannot comment on using the insert to extend the length as we did not use it. However, it seems that the end would be a little floppy with the insert. I’d say that this is the best…
Sleeve bad overall, but the insert is good! This sleeve itself is pretty awful…. however the 2″ insert that comes with this sleeve, is perfect to put inside a Tommy Gunn or Fat Jack extension. That way, I can use the FULL Tommy Gunn or Fat Jack, without having to trim them down and can give my wife the full extender. So buy this one strictly for the insert. And use the insert on the other extenders!
