Amazing Toy, But Not For Everyone Revised Review (3/7/2013) – 3 Stars:So I’m revising my opinion on this toy. The cap issue turned out to be worse than I initially thought. I’m not 100% sure what happened with it, but the mechanics seem to be either delicate or it overheated itself and fried them. Either way, the cap is virtually useless now in that it only vibrates when you turn it to a certain point. Weirdly enough turning it on high causes it to do nothing whatsoever and it needs to be set around 3/4 the way…
