Review in progress My first one broke after 3 weeks of semi regular use, but the customer service is top notch so they sent me a replacement right away. For now, that alone get them 5 stars. My replacement did work perfectly for the first two nights, but now it sounds like a lawnmower. I’ll update this part of my review in a couple months, but my 5 star rating will stand due to the phenomenal customer service.
Depends On Person Using I saw the reviews and thought it would be great for me. I go for periods of time using it a couple times a day to going a few weeks without it.The first about two weeks were GREAT, but then it went down hill quick. It over heats in one use, and the charge isn’t lasting as long as it should. Even when I first got it, even sitting there, the charge goes out on it.Rather troublesome.
