Hardly a guyser. Just by the name alone, one assumes that the force of this anal douche is equivalent to that of Old Faithful in Yellowstone National Park. Hardly. More like that of a water drinking fountain. The bulb that hold the water is to small to provide a force full flush, let alone that a guyser. Sorry Colt, going back to my old fashion enema bag. Nice packaging though.

Very hard to use good product but it hard to use if you are not used to itIt is not very practical and definitely not comforting
