It has multiple vibration modes, but I think the plain straight strong constant mode is the best! It has a magnetic connection for charging which is interesting and allows it to be more waterproof I suppose. It doesn’t make a lot of noise either, so you could use it at your desk at work for a energy pick me up! HIGHLY recommend .. Great gift!
