Premium Quality Product! For the record, this Wand does not say Hitachi anywhere on it or the box. HOWEVER, I did own an original Hitachi bought back in the 80’s, and this is identical, from the motor speeds, to the vinyl surface massage ball, which is firm and easy to clean. Hitachi apparently sold the rights to Vibratex,the current mfr. The 2 speeds of the wand by itself are very good for the neck and muscles.
