It works I laughed when I saw this, but it was so interesting that I had to try it.Basically you bite the mouthpiece, adjust the 3 rollers to the size and shape of the desired goatee. The rollers are adjusted independently. The template is somewhat flexible, so you can make it wide on one end and narrow on the other. Then you shave along the template.This product did work as advertised. My goatee was even on both sides.The mouthpiece did cause a slight gag reflex for me…

Finding your preference My boyfriend likes it a lot. He says it takes a bit to get what setting he wants it at. He ended up shaving to much so had to let it grow back out before trying again. So, I’d recommend to anyone buying to start with the largest setting first and trim off that first, then if it’s not to your liking go to the next length, and continue until it’s to your liking. A great little goatee template product This is the first product of this type that I purchased. It is quite handy and does a great job of achieving the desired result of my free-hand attempts (and frequent failures). I have used the template each time I’ve shaved over the past few weeks and I am pleased with the symmetry and well-shaped appearance of my facial hair.The template does have a few of drawbacks, however. 1-Users are limited in goatee shape.
