Great muscle roller!! I ordered 2 of these after trying one a friend picked up at a super fancy spa. It can be a little challenging for big hands, but regardless, it’s GREAT for massages and I particularly like it for rolling my IT Bands (strip of tissue on outer thigh from knee to hip), which can get super tight, and are hard to reach effectively with my tubular handled muscle roller (because of the awkward angle). I’ve had neck surgery and at times the back of … I’ve had neck surgery and at times the back of my neck gets really tight. These gloves are incredible in relieving the muscle tension and I can do it myself.

Great!!! Great item, exactly what I needed !allows to gently but effectively massage all knots and sore points. I just wish they made a “pocket” for the big finger so it has a better grip to your hand. And, I won’t be using it with lotion, that’s just not smart. Highly recommend!!!
