Disappointing I’m a big fan of glass toys and own several. This is the first one I’ve ever regretted buying.1. The iridescent coating on the outside of it ruins the smoothness typical of glass toys. There is increased friction and it just seems like there is a dirty film on it all the time.2. The colors inside of it are nowhere as vibrant as shown in the photo. Gorgeous and EFFECTIVE! LOVE this! I’m a HUGE fan of glass toys and this one is beautiful AND functional. I love the iridescent effect and the amber swirl on the inside. I almost want to put it on display! The shape lends itself very well to self-play, with the large knob at the end acting as a handle or grip. The graduated design feels wonderful in action. Clean-up is a breeze…I just plop mine in the top rack of the dishwasher! I highly recommend this toy.
As others have stated, this doesn’t look the same as the picture. As a photographer, I’m not even sure how they twisted the lighting to look like that…lots of black cards and tons of burning in post…I would assume.When I opened the package (which I should also add, was tore to hell and cracked from being dropped who knows how many times) I thought I had got some other glass toy.
