Surprisingly (shockingly) good! The shock unit is the same as other manufacturers (namely A&E Toys), meaning there’s a generic enough company somewhere producing this model. Luckily, they do a decent job of it! In comparing this with other rubber rings, the elastic bands are definitely different. The bands themselves don’t appear to be conductive, but the large metal area underneath the connector delivers quite a shock! Way more than rings or elastic bands (like rubber bands in a bolo tie) seem to deliver.
