Twice as effective as foam rollers, great stocking stuffer! I am a creative consultant for many outdoor adventure sport brands, and this roller is a must have. Will be reaching out to get more people on board. A lot of us athletes have always just used foam rollers, tennis balls, but this muscle roller is a must get. Amazing deep tissue massage I have a spinal injury affecting my legs and the only relief in pain is a daily deep tissue massage to the back of my legs. My husband’s hands often cramp during the process and we couldn’t find an effective tool to aid in this process. I reluctantly ordered the stick and have had so much pain relief from my massages. It’s takes less time, pressure is easily adjusted to fit my needs – and best of all, I’m able to massage myself!
