Don’t purchase if you have a short body build. Loved the concept of the Naipo Shiatsu Neck and Full Back Massage Seat, but be forewarned if you are short bodied. Unfortunately it was designed for taller people than myself. I am only 5’3″ so the massage balls for the neck hit the lower part of my skull and the shoulder massage balls hit my shoulder blade bones instead of just under them. The lower back massage balls did just fine, but as the rest of this item was not useful to me, I returned this model and ordered a strictly low back…

Wife says it massages to her satisfaction. There is no higher praise possible. My wife asked me to buy Shiatsu-style massager after having experienced a Brookstone Shiatsu-style massager in a relative’s home.

Disappointing for the price I am 5’2″. It pretty much doesn’t touch my upper back, from mid shoulder blade to top of shoulders, even sitting on a cushion. I couldn’t feel the heat at all. Neck massager could be better if you could adjust it more, it was a little harsh.
