It’s good, but It takes getting used to. If you have never used a foam roller then this is going to be very uncomfortable when you first use it. It is essentially a mini, more portable version of a foam roller, except the balls are rubber. It will do the same thing as a foam roller (especially the rumble rollers), but it is small enough to put in a backpack or gym bag. I would strongly suggest starting out using it over your sweatpants or workout pants until you get used to it as opposed to bare skin. I am at the point where I can…

Cellulite is gone!!! I was skeptical about buying this because I just wanted something that would FINALLY work without having to pay a ton of money. And sure enough, this worked! Great Roller, Love the points I read one reviewer who was complaining about the points being too pointy and hard. I almost didn’t buy this but I decided to try it anyway. Glad I did, I love it.
