It’s good, but It takes getting used to. If you have never used a foam roller then this is going to be very uncomfortable when you first use it. It is essentially a mini, more portable version of a foam roller, except the balls are rubber. It will do the same thing as a foam roller (especially the rumble rollers), but it is small enough to put in a backpack or gym bag.
