Working really, really well I recently started running, and I’ve been having a really hard time with the cramping that comes one or two days after I run. I live in a city, so when I run it’s on cement and it is hard on my knees. Great, high quality product I purchased the Muscle Roller Stick to help alleviate the calf and foot cramping that I have been having trouble with for the past year. I am not an athlete, so I wasn’t quite sure what to expect when I opened the box, however I was very pleasantly surprised to find the the stick is extremely well made and very easy to use.
Works pretty good I have had a stryrafoam roller for almost 20 years, the massage stick is smaller & much easier to use. I’m in so much pain from severe injuries that it’s hard to tell how good it works. I do like the portability factor, my foam roller is the professional type, it’s large & bulky though it works very well, definitely to lg for travel though.
