Good massager-you just need to know a few things about it This is an upgraded model of the Homedics Shiatsu massager. They occasionally improve or remodel them and give them a new number (like 375). I like it fine. My last Homedics died recently, but to be fair I had it for a year and a half, and for me that is a LONG time, because I use it a LOT! It goes on trips with us and sits at the computer with me, watching TV…I have fibromyalgia, spinal arthritis, stenosis, migraine, etc. Sometimes the axis points of my head and the neck hurt so much it…

Great Item, Only works on the neck. This massager works only on the neck; it has 3 settings, Vibrate, massage, and heat. You can pick and choose what you want to use at once. There are two massage knobs that knead into your neck. I found it to be most effective to roll your neck to the problem areas, and use the heat. It is pretty powerful, and relieves tension in the neck. This can be used while sitting on a couch or in a chair, either are fine. Misleading Item Title; Shiatsu Knobs do NOT reach shoulders! I bought this specifically because the title states; “Shiatsu Neck and Shoulder Massager with Heat”. I was expecting it to be able to reach my shoulder area with the Shiatsu massage. Unfortunately for me, with the shape & design of this massager, it just can not reach the shoulder area with the shiatsu massager knobs at all.
