Wouldn’t recommend atm. As another reviewer noted, the donut gets sucked inside the tube, due to a combination of suction pulling it in and my girth pushing it in. Smaller diameter fellows may not have this problem, but this occurred the very first time I used mine. Really kills the flow to have to stop and fish it out. Otherwise, the suction is intense, but there is a pressure release button that you may find yourself using even when the device is powered off.
