I called them, they said they couldnt accept a return (which is understandable) but that the real product was out of stock. They then said that they would order the product and ship it to us. GREAT I bought this not being my first, and it is great feels real looks real. One thing is its supposed to be put on a vac-u-lock item and I do not use one, just the toy. It came fast, it has a bit of a weird powdery smell to it but once I washed it a few times with some warm water and soap it went away. It does not get sticky which was one this I was concerned with because they start to feel grows once they get sticky but this one hasn’t. You can feel all the groves and the veins which feels great…
